This translation is a draft. If it differs from the Japanese version, the Japanese version prevails.

This page explains how to delete data related to "SharePi".
First: where your data is kept
The photos, videos and rosters of the App are not on the Provider's servers. They are kept in a cloud service that the group's Owner has contracted for themselves. The Provider can therefore neither see nor delete this data. Deletion is done as follows.
1. Remove your information from a group (Members)
1. Open the group in the App and choose "Leave group" on the members screen.
2. Read the confirmation screen and leave.
3. When you leave, your nickname and the hash that linked your roster row to your Google account are erased from that group's roster, and your favorites file is deleted too.
Photos and videos remain. Past posts are shown as posts by a "left member". If you also want your own photos and videos deleted, delete them yourself before you leave (you can delete them from the photo's detail screen). Deleted photos and videos remain recoverable for 30 days by default, depending on the storage settings, and are then permanently deleted.
If you belong to several groups, leave each group separately.
2. Delete data on your device
- Delete the App.
- Or change the Google account on the App's profile screen (the previous account's groups, cache of reduced images and information on waiting uploads are deleted).
Data on the device is not sent to the Provider or to the Owner.
3. Ask the Owner to delete
- To delete photos and videos that remain after you leave, or to delete your roster row (including when the Owner removed you), ask the Owner of the group.
- The Owner can delete photos and groups. Deleting the whole project deletes everything.
4. For Owners: delete everything
To delete all data of a backend you run, delete the backend and its storage in the cloud service you contracted for. On Google Cloud, delete the project (Google Cloud Console: "IAM & Admin" → "Settings" → "Shut down").
5. What the Provider can do
The Provider does not hold photos, videos or rosters and cannot delete them directly. Please contact us if:
- you do not know the procedure; or
- you cannot reach the Owner and inappropriate content remains (the Provider cannot check the content, but will hear what is happening and point you to what can be done).
